When I was first brainstorming this pattern, I had a vision of elegant petals in mind. It stuck, nothing else felt right for me. The way the ‘petals’ formed reminded me of sunflowers. So, when I was contemplating names, Sunflower Ridge was the first to come to mind. Although I did research other pretty floral or flower meaning names, my mind kept cycling back to Sunflower Ridge. Here they are! A beautiful and elegant floral earring design.

You are welcome to use your preferred hook size for crochet thread. The final project size and yardage used will be different as a result.

As with any of my crochet thread projects, try this out with different weight yarns! Use the hook size recommended for your yarn. Testers used fingering and sport weight yarns for chunkier earrings and even a necklace version.
