Top-Cuff Down Shorty or Mid-Calf Socks

The pattern is designed to fit two sizes.

US: 7-8; 8-9
UK: 4,5-5; 5-6;
EU: 37-38; 38-39;

Skill level: intermediate/ advanced

Skills required: basic knitting skills, decrease, increase, basic sock skills, short rows, German short row heel, short row toe, Kitchener stitch.

Needles for the smaller size:
US: 1,5 UK:13 EU: 2.5 mm
Needles for the larger size:
US: 2,5 UK:11 EU: 3 mm
Or use any size needles to obtain the
gauges given.
Gauge for the smaller size:
13 sts X 18 rows for 2x2 inches / 5x 5
cm in Stockinette/ Stocking stitch.
Gauge for the larger size:
12 sts and 17 rows for 2x2 inches / 5x5
cm in Stockinette/Stocking stitch.
