Overlay mosaic crochet
Pattern includes 2 separate charts (and full written instructions for each), which may be put together in any order you wish to create your own customised blanket
There are also lots of supporting photos.

The Sunny Flowers designs have the same stitch repeats as their sister pattern, Sunflowers, so you can easily mix and match them (as can be seen from the tester photos I have attached here).
They will also combine seamlessly with any of my many 48+5 stitch-repeat mosaic crochet patterns (providing of course you start with a multiple of 48 + 5 stitches).

Please note the pattern does not include specific instructions / measurements to make the pictured bag and cushions made by my testers.

To simplify the abbreviations, and avoid the need for separate UK and US versions, the pattern is written in my ’Universal’ terms (I developed these terms for the Jacquard Temperature Blanket and have also used them in Flora’s Fauna and all my subsequent overlay mosaic crochet patterns).

The pattern includes various suggestions for fringes.
It doesn’t include a border, but if you do prefer an envelope border, you could use the border included in my free mosaic crochet tutorial, which can be downloaded from my website at https://www.rosinaplane.com/mosaiccrochet

Approximate finished sizes, when worked to the stated gauge are:
Comforter 56 x 72 cm
Lap Blanket 84 x 100 cm
Throw 138 x 170 cm

… or you can easily customise the pattern to make a different size if you wish.

Yarn amounts below relate to a comforter {lap blanket, throw} sized blanket:
Stylecraft Special DK (100% acrylic; 295m / 100g):
2 {3, 8} balls in Citron (C1),
2 {4, 10} balls in French Navy (C2)

4mm (US G/6) crochet hook
