The Sunrise Lace Tee is a lightweight summer garment featuring decorative ribbing, delicate lace details, and set-in sleeves for a polished finish.

One of the signature design features of this pattern is its softly puffed sleeves. The sleeve cap is created by increasing the stitch count after the ribbing and later shaping it with decreases and German Short Rows, resulting in a gentle lantern-style silhouette.

The pattern includes instructions for three sizes:
S–M (84–92 cm / 33–36¼“), M–L (92–104 cm / 36¼–41”), and L–XL (104–112 cm / 41–44”) bust measurement.

Needles & Tools:
3 mm / US 2½ needles (for the neckline)
3.25 mm / US 3 needles (for the decorative ribbing)
4 mm / US 6 needles (for the main fabric)
3.5 mm / US for sleeve bind-off (optional)
3.5 mm / US E-4 crochet hook (optional), or a size that produces a bind-off matching your knitting gauge.

Recommended cable lengths:
60–80 cm for body pieces
60 cm for neckline edging

The garment is worked flat from the bottom up in separate pieces. The shoulders are shaped using German Short Rows (GSR), the sleeves are sewn in, and the neckline is finished by picking up stitches and working the neckband in the round.

The sample is knitted in Lana Grossa Cotonella, a long-gradient cotton yarn. If you wish to match the colour transitions shown in the sample, please refer to the included Gradient Yarn Recommendations.
