Spring and Summer days in the sun are coming! My darling daughter Calleigh is the whole inspiration behind this design. She picked the yarn, texture and style of the hat! Her favorite color is golden and the name of the yarn just fit the pattern!

Grab a copy of the Sunseeker Sunhat and make it for all the little girls who love the summer sun and ruffles!
Would also make a darling hat to go with spring Easter dresses!

The hat is made with a lightweight yarn and small hook but don’t let that scare you. It works up fairly quickly. The design features floral diagonal clusters and a ruffle brim. Of course you could easily leave off the brim and make it a beanie.

I used a yarn from my local yarn shop but it can be ordered online. I’ve also included several substitute options from common craft shops that might be more accessible for you!

This pattern has been tested by my fabulous testers to ensure you have a practically perfect pattern.
