This lovely sunny baby blanket is easy to knit and ideal for the beginner knitter. It consists of only knit and purl stitches and it creates a nice reversible pattern.

The pattern can easily be adjusted to widen or lengthen to your required needs. The stitch count for this is provided in the pattern.

For this specific pattern I used a standard DK yarn but different weighted yarns can be used. If you do, please be sure to use the recommended needle sizes for the yarn used and do a test swatch to adjust stitch count accordingly.
