Sunwal is a top down raglan sweater featuring a gathered stitch panel that runs from the mock turtleneck to the hem uninterrupted. The elastic nature of the panel give the sizing relative flexibility depending on blocking of the panel. With the finished measurement and steam blocked size being the smaller end of the range.
