Aren’t Axolotls the cutest?

Worked in half double crochets (half treble crochets for us UK folks!) this cute little fella is made in next to no time! Once you’ve made one you’ll be itching to create a whole Axolotl army!

Gauge is unimportant for this item.

You will need:

3mm crochet hook.

Light pink yarn for the body.

Dark pink yarn for the gills.

(Or any colours you like! Make a whole rainbow of Axolotls!)

Safety eyes of your choice, I used 8mm eyes. You can also use scraps of felt glued/sewn into place or fabric paint.

Stuffing.

Darning needle.

Stitch marker to mark the beginning of your rounds.

Needle and black thread to embroider the mouth, you can also use fabric paint or felt for this.

Items made using this pattern are intended for personal use/gift giving only, you may not sell the finished item. They are decorat ive items, not toys and are not intended for young children. Safety eyes are a choking hazard.

If you wish to showcase finished items via social media/the internet (including but not limited too; blogs, youtube videos, facebook, twitter, ravelry etc) I ask that you please credit me as the designer and link back to my store. Thank you!
