DESCRIPTION:
This is a 4 page PDF file of a crochet pattern to complete a fun beanie that may just resemble a certain super Muppet once you’re done. (Or not. It’s really up to you!)

SIZES:
If you match the gauge in the pattern (this is always the hardest part of following patterns for me), you should end up with a hat that will fit a small adult (about 21” in circumference.) If you’re looking to go a little bigger or a little smaller, start by trying a size bigger or smaller (respectively) hook. If you need more help (say, to scale down to baby size), shoot me a message and I’ll be happy to offer more specific pointers.

SKILL LEVEL:
I’ve listed this pattern as Intermediate. The stitches are pretty basic, but things can get a little hairy when you’re making and attaching all the bits and pieces. If you have any questions or run into any typos, snags or stupidity on my part, please send me a message so I can help you get back on track and make any updates or edits you might find that I missed.

TERMINOLOGY:
This pattern is written in STANDARD US CROCHET TERMS (with some of my own thrown in for fun! Don’t sweat it. Anything I made up is explained in the pattern.)

MATERIALS NEEDED:
The pattern details the specific yarns I use to make this hat. Here are the basics:

• Worsted-weight Yarn (blue, grey, violet, white and black) – no more than 1 skein of each color
• Size I/9/5.5mm crochet hook
• 5 or 6 stitch markers
• Tapestry needle (or any needle big enough to thread yarn through)
• Poly-fil
