Make your very own super cute, super soft baby octopus!

This pattern is great for beginners and the octopus works up very quickly.

What you’ll need to know:
You’ll need to have knowledge of some basic crochet techniques and stitches, including US single crochet, slip stitch, increasing and decreasing.

What you’ll need:
• Chunky weight yarn- preferably chenille texture (I use Flutterby Chunky)
• Pair of black safety eyes (I use 10mm)
• Soft toy stuffing
• Scissors
• Darning needle
• 5mm crochet hook (or recommended hook size for yarn)
• DK yarn or lighter for rosy cheeks and smile (pale pink and black)- I use Rico Ricorumi DK yarn in black and rose
