In stories featuring court jesters, the fool is often the only character with any sense.

Itโ€™s the clown, the buffoon, who offers sound advice to kings and nobles. Which makes perfect sense: It takes a keen perspective to make a good joke. These are the slippers for when you feel a little foolish. Your wits are at least as sharp as your knitting needles, and the only real fool is the person who takes things too seriously.

Note: Finished foot circumference is easily adjusted through blocking.

Construction: Slippers are worked from heel to toe, then felted.

Finished size: 10โ€ (25.5 cm) foot circumference, 9 (9ยฝ, 10, 10ยฝ, 11)โ€œ (23 24, 25.5, 26.5, 28 cm) foot length
