Susana, nicknamed Su and sometimes Susi, is the person that
has taken the photos for my book. I have known Su for about
10 years, she did a photo shoot for me when she was starting
out and I believed I was a fashion designer. Su is like a breath
of fresh air, she is always smiling, always positive and always
has something nice to say, so she more than deserved having a
garment from this book dedicated to her.
This scarf can be knit on straight or circular needles, it is a
simple scarf for lace beginners that is also entertaining since it
contains different sequences.
To knit this scarf you must know how to knit, purl, increase and
14 stitches per 18 rows for a 10x10 cm sample with 5-mm
needles or whichever are needed.
2 skeins of Malabrigo Worsted in the main colour (colour 3) and
2 half-skeins in contrast colours (colours 2 and 4) and 1 skein
of the secondary colour (colour 1). 5 or 5.5-mm circular
needles, depending on your gauge, and a 40-cm cable.
