  • This pattern was sold only in kit form. I can find no information on Circa Knitwear any longer, and stores that stocked the pattern no longer carry them. I believe this pattern is out of print and the company defunct.

In a style popular throughout the 19th century when gloved hands were a requirement of society, these fingerless cotton mitts are typical of summer day wear. Their enchanting double shell and cable pattern is an identical copy of period mitts in the collection of the Crocker Art Museum, Sacramento, California.
