A 16”x16” cushion cover using 4 ply/fingering weight wool, original knitted in Spindrift from Jamieson’s.
This pattern uses short row knitting.Tension: St st: using 2.75 mm needles 27 sts x 41 rows = 4”/10cm
Garter st 2.25 mm needles 32 st x 68 rows = 4”
Or needle size to obtain gauge.

You will need one pair each of 2.75mm and 2.25 mm needles and one pair of DPNS 2.75 for the I-cord piping.

3 large buttons (1” – 1 ½ “ across)

The following approximate yarn quantities:
4 balls of turquoise blue
2 balls of dark blue
1 ball of green
1 ball of sky blue
1 ball of grey blue
1 ball of pale grey
1 ball of Ivory

Alternatively this pattern would work well with scrap yarns of the right weight
