DESIGNED TO make up a twinset with the top on the previous pages (see Sutherland Sweater), this cardigan has bands of Fair Isle at the waist and sleeves, with a deep V-neck front to show the sweater’s pattern. It is worked in one piece, bottom up in rows, divided for the fronts and back, and then joined at the shoulders with a three-needle cast-off.
