Suvarn: means yellow/gold in Sanskrit !

This pattern is very special to us as it is part of the first collaborative venture by 7 Indian Designers. Our theme is Colours of Holi. As the celebration of the Festival of Holi in India is on March 10th, 2020, we decided to release the patterns on this day. We have 7 new one skein projects, a mix of knit and crochet designs.

This scarf was designed by Varsha(the Va part of the ViVa designers) She is a Fashion Design student currently completing her degree in Singapore.
This scarf is worked lengthwise with the first half of the pattern worked on one side of the chain then you fasten off and the second half is mirrored on the opposite side of the starting chain. Though the pattern says one size, it is easily adjustable for varying lengths by adjusting the number of motifs.

The pattern is charted and is placed landscape mode to fit it to one page. The chart for a single motif is also provided to easily scale the scarf.
