Sverre Slippers are designed to combine cozy comfort for the feet and traditional norwegian colourwork into a knitting project that can be completed over a week-end.

Reversing the colour combination, I made two pairs of slippers from two 100g skeins of yarn.

Required skill level is intermediate; starting with a long tail cast-on and a short row heel, casting on more stitches and proceeding in the round towards the toe. Finishing with some kitcheners stitches to close the toe, and crocheting around the edges. Weaving in ends, and done!

The pattern has both written instructions and colour charts.
