LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY: Intermediate
The stitches used in this pattern are beginner-friendly, mostly half-double crochet (US terms). However, you’ll need to be thoroughly familiar with written patterns and know how to refer to photos for feature placements, such as the hat ears. I DO NOT OFFER A VIDEO TUTORIAL FOR THIS PATTERN.

CROCHET BABY COCOON AND HAT SIZES
The pattern offers instructions for two baby sizes. The hat is for heads with a circumference between 13-15 inches (33-38 cm), and another for heads with a circumference between 15-17 inches (38-43 cm).

The cocoon:
• 0–1-month size measures approximately 17 inches (43 cm) long and 22 inches (56 cm) around.
• 1-3 months size measures approximately 20 inches (51 cm) long and 26 inches (66 cm around).
