SWALLOWS BEANIE

This beanie is knitted from the bottom up in a circle. We start by
knitting the rib. We change to larger needles and continue knitting in a circle while knitting the chart as shown. We finish the fitting with decreases.

Yarn:
Color A: 1 Skein of Woody Tweed from Hobbii (70% Recycled Wool, 30% Recycled
Viscose), Color: 08;
Color B: 1 Skein of Woody Tweed from Hobbii (70% Recycled Wool, 30% Recycled
Viscose), Color: 16;

GAUGE
20 sts and 30 rows – 10 x 10 cm (4 inches) in stockinette and in the round with 4 mm (US 6)
needles. The swatch must be washed and blocked (the gauge may change after blocking).

NEEDLES
3,5 mm and 4 mm (US 5 and US 6) circular needles - or the needle size necessary to obtain
gauge.

FINISHED SIZE
The beanie should fit an average adult’s head with a circumference of 52-54 cm (20.47 –
21.25 inches) for S, 55 – 57cm (21.65 - 22.44 inches) for M; 58 – 59 cm (22.83 - 23.22 inches) for L and 60 – 62 (23.62 - 24.40 inches) for XL.
