As published in the book, Chart B has several errors--I’ve added the correct chart as a separate (free) pattern: the errata link will bring you to it.

EDITED TO ADD: There are also errors in chart A, rows 25-31. There should be a YO in the 7th stitch from the right in each of those rows. The link above to the Storey Publishing errata includes corrections to both charts--the errata I uploaded includes only chart B. Sorry for any confusion this caused!
