From the text: A simple yet contemporary update on a traditional classic: two coordinating pieces worked in contrasting weights of cashmere. The basic sweater is knitted in luxurious chunky cashmere yarn. It knits up so quickly, which makes this an immediate new favorite design. The sweater is square in shape with a shoulder fastening, so it is easy to pop on over grumpy heads. The finer cashmere pants complement the sweater beautifully, again a modern twist on the traditional baby’s “romper.” Both pieces are knitted in stockinette stitch with fully fashioned shaping for extra detail. This set would also look great in other blends of yarn: try any other 4-ply in soft pinks, gray marl, or pale blue for a traditional palette. This stylish two-piece is sure to become a much-loved hand-me-down.
