Each of these four sweaters uses a mini skein of sock yarn to create a traditionally-constructed sweater. By the time you’re finished with the set, you’ll know how raglan, circular yoke, drop shoulder, and set-in sleeve sweaters are created--all without committing the time and yardage to making a human-sized sweater. You’ll have used stranded and intarsia colorwork techniques and become experienced at top-down vs. bottom-up and seamless vs. pieced construction.

The patterns are intended for intermediate knitters who are comfortable working flat and in the round, can count their stitches and rows to keep their place, and can maintain tension when working at a small gauge.

The finished sweaters are approximately 4.5” high x 5.5” wide. Each sweater uses 11-15g of sock yarn. For the two sweaters with color work, select strongly-contrasting (one light and one dark) yarns in solid, semisolid, or tonal colorways.
