This sweet cowl can be knitted as one piece and seamed at the back or knitted in the round. The tie is a crocheted chain with simple little pompoms which are made by wrapping the yarn around your fingers - so simple! The little pompoms reminded my of dandelion clocks so I included a pic of one on my pattern.
The cowl can be drawn in snug around the neck or tied loosely for a more open drapey look.
The lace stitch is an easy one - the wrong side is just purl (or knit if your doing it in the round). I always put a lifeline in as I’m going (just to be safe!).
