The cardigan is completely seamless and is worked from the top down. I have used an amazing technique developed by Susie Myers, “contiguous set-in sleeves”, that allows shoulder shaping and construction of set-in sleeves without the use of a single short row.

The pattern is written for a DK gauge.
You can use dk, sport, 4-ply yarn for this project as long as you can get gauge. Lighter weight yarns are recommended for a drapier cardigan.
