The Sweet Stripe Blanket was originally designed with the beginner in mind.
I wanted a blanket that incorporated all of the basic stitches to build confidence in the new crocheter, yet provide a relaxing project for those already confident with a hook.

The finished blanket with correct guage will give a blanket 87.5cm x 112cm

I used Yarnsmiths create dk. However, you can use any dk weight yarn. If you use a different weight please be aware this will alter the amount required, and the blanket may be smaller or larger than the gauge.

I also reccomend using a 4.5mm hook you may need to adjust this for correct tension/guage
