For chic little girls an attention getting duo of charming tops to wear. The charming cropped vest can be worn over a dress as a shrug or with a shirt and leggings. Have a ballerina? Wear it over a leotard and tutu for a sweet feminine look while keeping her chest warm.

The tunic can be worn with or without a blouse and paired with jeans for a casual look or with a skirt for shopping and lunch out with mom. It has multiple repeats of the lace across the bottom for an extra eye catching fashionable look.

The top is knit from the bottom up with an easy lace border and stockinette stitch in the round and finished flat in stockinette. It has a lovely picot edge neckline.

I used 2 skeins of the Shibui Staccato for the cropped vest and 1 skein Madeline Tosh Merino Light for the tunic (with enough left over for a hat). Both are shown in size 4 on a petite model who just turned 4 years old.
