Who doesn’t love mini skeins? Aren’t they just the cutest things? I couldn’t help myself and had to create a festive hat that not only celebrated Valentine’s, but also could be worn throughout the winter. Feel free to play with other colors of yarn for different effects. The possibilities are endless!

This is a lightweight beanie made with a fingering weight yarn. It is still quite warm because the yarns are doubled when working the fair isle portion of the hat.

Instructions are given for three sizes--child, adult medium, and adult large.
