I also include pictures to walk you through the cinching up of the hat and the invisible decrease.

SKILLS NEEDED- Beginner +, uses basic knit stitches
FINISHED SIZES: Adult sized, laid flat: Fits Circ. 21-24 in.
Teen- Adult (one size fits most) L 8 in. x W 9 ¾ in.
Info included on how to adjust the hat smaller for a specific size

A bit of History behind the name:
The original Anglo-Saxon settlement of Swindon sat in a defensible position atop a limestone hill. It is referred to in the Domesday Book as Suindune, believed to be derived from the Old English words “swine” and “dun” meaning “pig hill” or possibly Sweyn’s hill, where Sweyn is a personal name.
