This top-down capelet is worked flat with raglan style increases along the shoulders.
It can be made in any size as I’ve written it in a way that makes it easy to work out your stitch counts.

I used just under one full skein of Teeny Button Studio in The Owlery but any light-fingering weight will do!

Should you want it to be longer than my sample (for reference, I’m 5’3” and have a bust of ~41”)

long-tail cast-on
Knit stitch
Purl stitch
KFB (single increase)
