Sylvi is named after one of my nieces, and is a baby cotton hat in stockinette and broken seed stitch, knitted with alternating stripes of solid and variegated yarn as well as without stripes.

Size: preemie (newborn, 3-6m, 6-12m, 1-3y)

Cicumference: 32 (36, 39, 44, 47) cm

Height: 14 (15, 17, 19, 20) cm

Yarn used: Idena Bambino bomull (cotton), white and black, 180 m/50 g.
Regnbågen 8/4 cotton, varigated colours. 169m/50 g.
Amount of yarn used: ca. 30 – 50 gram total depending on size.

Needles: dpn’s no. 2,5
(Use any fingering yarn and needles that gives you the right gauge.)

Gauge: ca. 27 stitches X 44 rows = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette
