Hello autumn! Greet yellow leaves wearing a lightweight, striped beanie. Syys is a slightly slouchy beanie with random-like stripes.

The pattern has one size. It’s easy to adjust both in width and height for individual sizes. There are alternative versions: raw edge or ribbing in the bottom edge, and two decrease styles for the top.

The tension in stockinette stitch is 24 sts / 10 cm, which is rather elastic using the suggested yarn. The pattern can be easily used also for other tensions and for other yarns.

Version B: instructions are given for a tension 26 sts / 10 cm.

Yarn: 50 g of Tukuwool Fingering in each two colours will be plenty. Roughly 2/3 of the used yarn is in the main colour.

Syys = autumnal.
