After I launched my I AM STRONG Scarf a number of people reached out and said they loved the idea but weren’t ready to wear their mental health on their sleeves. I get it, there is still a lot of stigma surrounding mental health.

I decided to make an alphabet using Braille for making textural hidden messages. I love run my hands over the bobbles when I’m stressed and knowing what it says but no one else unless I want them too.

Use thread to make a thin bracelet or 4 ply a head band.

The document also includes the graphs for letters in Morse code and 8-bit.

After purchasing the pattern message me and I will put together a 3 word max 15 letter phrase in braille and add to the document.
