Level - advanced beginner (aka if you are a beginner looking for a challenge! I provide video links to all the skills listed below.)

This pattern creates a cropped mock neck vest. The front and back panels are knitted flat and sewn up the sides. The ribbing for the collar and arm holes are knitted in the round by picking up stitches. There are 5 adult sizes to choose from. I wear a size 2 in my photos.

Skills Used - Long tail cast on, twisted rib, knit, purl, decreasing stitches, casting off, putting stitches on hold, knitting two stitches together, 3 needle bind off, stranded colorwork/fair isle, picking up stitches, knitting in the round, magic loop method

Supplies -
2-3 skeins of worsted weight yarn base color, 1 skein of worsted weight yarn accent color
US 11/8mm Circular Needles – 40 inches long (I use these)
Spare circular needles (any size) to hold back panel stitches while you complete the front panel
Stitch marker
Yarn needle

Tension - 11 stitches & 15 rows = 4x4 inches in stockinette on US 11 needles with two strands of yarn held together
