TAK: Knitted with DK yarn, this unisex top-down hoody is perfect for any adventurer.
Summer night on a camping trip or rainy day, this is a basic hand knit perfect for any child.

It is worked top-down (raglan sleeves) with a built-in button band. The hood is knitted at the hand (flat).

Sizing
Nb (3-6 mo, 1 yo, 2 yo, 3-4 yo, 5-6 yo, 7-8 yo, 9-10 yo)
Blocked Garment Measurements:
15 (18, 19.5, 22, 24, 26, 27.5, 29) inches
Your size’s choice should be based on finished chest measurements as you can shorten/lengthen body and sleeves length if needed. Age label is just there to give a reference.
Measure your child’s chest and then pick a size by adding the number of inches of ease you want.

Materials
• 350 (400, 450, 575, 750, 935, 1050, 1200) yards OR 320 365, 415, 525, 685, 850, 960, 1100) meters of DK weight yarn or any other yarn that gives gauge
• 16’’ circular needle and double pointed needles (DPNs) US # 5 & 6 (3.75 & 4 mm) or any size required to obtain the stockinette stitch gauge
• Other: 6 stitch markers, 2 stitch holders or scrap yarn, 6 (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) 0.75’’/1.75 cm buttons
