Tak is an elegant two-player strategy game invented and designed by James Ernest (Cheapass Games) and Patrick Rothfuss (author The Wise Man’s Fear). The rules are available for free from Cheapass Games.

I’ve designed a crocheted 6x6 hybrid board - it will play a 3x3 and a 5x5 game on the squares or a 4x4 or a 6x6 game on the line intersections. Instructions are included for the board and all the pieces needed to play the game.
