Takala scarf
by Tracey Lee
Takala scarf features an ornamental cable.
A narrow scarf worked flat, from side to side. The chunky cable sits atop a moss stitch (US seed stitch) background with a garter border on each edge.
As the cable design runs end to end you may finish after any wrong side row.
At gauge the scarf measures 15 cm or 6 inches in width
and can be knit to any length you desire.
Gauge is not critical to this project but will affect the width of your scarf.
This cable is easiest worked with a cable needle.
The pattern includes complete written instructions and a chart of all the stitches.
