The stitch pattern for this wrap is completely reversible – meaning you never have to worry about having your wrong side showing!

One of my favourite literary characters is Dorothy L Sayers’s aristocratic detective Lord Peter Wimsey. In Busman’s Honeymoon, he finally marries his beloved Harriet Vane and buys her Talboys, an Elizabethan house which she adored as a child – especially its barley-sugar twist chimney pots. They find the vendor dead in the basement and the chimneys sold as garden ornaments, but by the end of the tale the murder is solved and the chimneys located and repatriated. The book inspired this luxurious wrap, which uses cables and lace to reflect the chimney pots and latticed windows of the classic English Tudor manor house.
