Tamworth Square by Pam Eberstadt

Tamworth Square

This pattern is available for free.

This free crochet square pattern is the perfect addition to your blanket project!

This is an Intermediate level, 8-inch / 20cm afghan square pattern when made as recommended with a 4mm hook and light worsted/DK weight cotton or cotton-blend yarn.

However, you can use any premium acrylic, cotton or cotton blend yarn with the recommended hook size; just remember size will vary! For example, worsted/Aran yarn with a 9mm / G hook will make a 9-inch / 23cm square.

I have used 6 colours, but you can use as many or as few as you like. Experiment!

If you have any questions, just ask!

Stitches Used (US)
Chain (ch)
