Taoyaka is a seamless top-down pullover worked using the contiguous sleeve method. Light and airy, it can be made either in Isager Soft Fine or in Sandnes Garn Tynn Line held double. The Isager version is worked at a relaxed gauge of 13 sts × 25 rnds = 10 cm, and most sizes require only 4 or 5 balls.

The name Taoyaka comes from a Japanese word describing something soft, graceful, and flowing. This design aims to reflect that gentle movement through a relaxed silhouette, clean construction, and an airy fabric.

The pullover is worked seamlessly from the top down, beginning at the back neck. Shoulders and sleeves are shaped using the contiguous sleeve method, creating a natural neckline without short rows. After the front neckline is joined, the body is worked in the round. The hem is finished with side slits worked flat, and the straight sleeves are finished with a stretchy bind-off. An optional elastic cuff finish can be added for a softly gathered sleeve.

たおやかプルオーバーはトップダウンで編みます. 後ろ身頃のネックから編み始め, コンティギュアススリーブ構造を用いて肩と袖を形成します. この構造により, 引き返し編みを用いることなく, 自然な前下がりのネックラインを作ることができます.
前身頃でネックがつながった後は身頃を輪に編みます. その後, 身頃と袖を分けてそれぞれ輪で編み進めます. 裾は前後身頃に分けて往復編みし, サイドにスリットを入れて仕上げます.
ネックは 2 目の i-cord を編み付ける仕上げ（オプション）を選ぶこともできます.
袖口はフレア袖で仕上げるほか, i-cord BO でストレート袖仕上げ, ゴムを通して軽くギャザーを寄せる仕上げ（オプション）も選ぶことができます.
