This listing is for the pdf pattern of The Stitch Tower Mandrake, so you can create your very own cutie rooty!

This listing is not for the completed doll, though they are available in separate listings or upon request!

Listing is written in UK terminology, each section is clearly laid out and there is photographs at the end of the written pattern to assist with assembly.

Basic crochet skills are needed: Knowledge of double crochet, increasing and decreasing is a must. Knowing how to do invisible decrease is preferred for this pattern.

Difficulty: easy

Materials needed:

  • Yarn DK weight, 2 colours one 100g and the other 25g (I’ve used light brown and green)
  • 3.5mm hook
  • Stitch marker
  • 2x 14mm black safety eyes (optional, you may wish to embroider eyes)
  • Toy filling
  • Yarn needle for sewing parts together
  • Pins

The finished Mandrake will be approx. 10 inches tall from head to foot and approx. 13.5 inches including the leaf, depending on yarn type and hook size you use.

The pattern is in pdf. format you will need Adobe Reader to view/print the document.
