As Cornelius Fudge puts it in J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix: “We haven’t got time to listen to more taradiddles, I’m afraid, Dumbledore.”.

The word TaraDiddle means a silly fib, or pretentious nonsense. I’m hoping you’ll find these mitts just as fun to knit as the word ‘TaraDiddle’ is to say - and that’s no lie!!

The TaraDiddle mitts were designed to play nice with many types of yarn, from variegated and/or speckled hand dyed, to tonals & solids. They are the perfect compliment to the TaraDiddle Hat.
