When all you need is your ID, your keys, and a lipstick, all you need is the tiniest of these tassel bags!

Approximate sizes after felting: Small (5” × 3” × 3”), Medium (7.5” × 4.5” × 4.5”), Large (10” × 6” × 6”)

This is an architectural purse with a rectangular base and shaped sides that taper to an envelope-flap closure and i-cord handles. After the separate pieces of the purse body have been knitted flat, they are assembled using single crochet, and the purse is felted. After felting, a tassel is attached to the tip of the purse flap, and the i-cord handles are tied for a simple finish. The pattern provides complete written instructions and a glossary of stitch abbreviations. The smallest bag uses less than one ball of Plymouth Galway, and the largest uses less than three.
