Moss stitch is the perfect stitch for scarves - it doesn’t curl and it’s comfortingly nubbly, trapping the warmth. Cleverly, the classic tartan stripes are stitched into the moss stitch after the scarf is knitted, making this a fabulous project for a new knitter!
