Tealight Holder - Tree Log
TEALIGHT HOLDER – TREE LOG
These beautiful tree log tealight holders are a great eye-catcher in any season. Surrounded by matching decorations, they can be used for almost any occasion.
This pattern provides detailed information on the three minimum sizes, as well as two additional variations.
You can also easily create your own sizes.
All steps are explained in detail in words and pictures, so this pattern is suitable for (practiced) beginners as well.
The pattern contains 5 pages of crochet instructions and 5 pages of additional step-by-step instructions.
Used techniques (US crochet terms): magic ring, chain, slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet, front post double crochet, increases and (invisible) decreases, changeing yarn-color, crocheting in front loops and back loops.
The tealight holders are crocheted in continuous rounds/spirals, as well as in closed rounds.
With 2.0 mm hook and Sport weight yarn (e.g. Catania Originals, Katia Capri, Catona) the tealight holders have a size of 8 cm in diameter and a minimum height of 2.5 cm.
You need it smaller or bigger? No problem! Simply use lighter or heavier yarn.
Standard tealights won’t fit then anymore though!
