ABOUT TEKLA:
Tekla is a light, airy and soft cashmere top, designed to have a
relaxed fit, deep open back and a ruffled hem detail.
A perfect lounge top for staying in or easily styled up over shirts and dresses for going out.

Note: The testers used different types of DK/Sport weight yarns and ended up withing +/- 20 g from the estimated yarn consumption.

GAUGE:
In Stockinette using 3.5mm US 4 needles.
25 sts / 34 rows = 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4 in
SUGGESTED NEEDLES:
3.5 mm US 4 circular needles (60 & 80 cm 24 & 32 in)
3.5 mm US 4 double pointed needles (2 needles for the i-cord /
optional)
Note: The given needle size is only a suggestion. It is important to make a test swatch before you begin, to make sure you have the correct gauge.

WORKFLOW:
Tekla is worked from top down on circular needles. The front is
worked in flat followed by back increases. Afterwards new stitches will be added for the mid-back, your work is joined and the body is worked in the round. Finishing touches include a ruffled hem and an i-cord edge, along with i-cord straps.
