You will need to know basic stitches : Single crochet, how to increase & decrease & how to change colour
( and it helps if you can hum the Teletubby theme song along while you work ;)

But all in all, this is a great pattern for a beginner.

Materials needed:

• Hook sizes: G-6/4mm & B-1/ 2.25mm
• Worsted yarns: yellow & light beige
• Felt: light grey & black
• Really sharp, small scissors
• Grey DMC/ embroidery yarn
• Embroidery needle (optional)
• Yarn needle
• 9mm safety eyes
• Polymer/ toy stuffing
• Aluminium wire
• Strong fabric/ all-purpose glue
• Just a smidgen of blush
