We have a new, fantastic, on-trend project for you to try out! Leonie Morgan of Crochet Blog Wool & Hook has designed this Temperature Blanket which is in four amazing colourways based on the four seasons of the year, this pattern uses our very own yarn in Deramores Studio DK which is a beautifully soft acrylic yarn that has been developed with anti-pilling technology.

The idea of the Temperature Blanket is that you Crochet one row of the blanket in a colour that coordinates with the temperature of that particular day. The Temperature Blanket we have created is based on the climate here in the United Kingdom, the temperature can range between 5 and 12 degrees per colour. The pattern is based on a Temperature Blanket spanning a whole year (365 rows, 365 days)

We’re offering four different colourways that represent the seasons of the year. Starting from Spring where you have fresh, airy pastel colours, Summer includes a vibrant and bold range of shades, Autumn contains shades of deep reds and purple and finally, we have Winter which features crisp white to icy blue shades. Each row of the temperature blanket takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and you also have the choice to make it as long and short as you like!

Please note: This is in UK terminology.
