Yardage required for each color will vary based on the temperature in your area.

When working to gauge, each ball of yarn is enough for about 27 rows (or 27 days corresponding to one
temperature range).

Because a temperature blanket is by default 365 rows long (1 row per day) the length of the blanket will
be generous. The width of the blanket may be altered as desired, keeping in mind this will affect the
amount of yarn needed.

Work 1 row per day in the color that corresponds to the day’s high temperature.
