ABOUT
The Tempus Shawl is worked in fingering weight yarn from the top down in a semi-circle that features stockinette stitch with wave patterns down the spines, and an applied lace border. The time you spend knitting this shawl is woven into every stitch you work. Each pass with the knitting needles creates ripples in time and space. The timelines converge at the edging to give you a beautiful shawl to wrap up in when the chill of autumn sets upon you.

There are two techniques in this shawl for which I have filmed video tutorials. I’ll walk you through how to do the cast on so you have a clean i-cord edge along the top edge of the shawl, and how to do an applied border.
