Ternion
This pattern is inspired by a garment shown in character art from a tactical RPG video game. The idea was a shawl made from tangential circles, with radial spokes and arches. Each of the three main elements are made separately and then joined. The small circles are also each made separately and joined to the shawl edge. With worsted weight yarn the circles should all lie flat when made with an even tension.
Size: The finished shawl measures 40” (101cm) long from neck to point, and 45” (114cm) wide across the top edge
Materials: 5 cakes of Lionbrand Ferris Wheel (model uses Evergreen), or ~1300 yds (1200m) of worsted weight yarn, and a size G hook (4.25mm).
Gauge: 4 sts per inch
Techniques Used: ch, sl, sk, sc, hdc, dc, tc, puff, fl, bl, foundation hdc, and magic circle
